I have been using them for eight years. I think they do a good job grooming my dog and they are not cruel to the animals. They have a lot of customers. A lot of times I call and if I call too late in the day, I cannot get an appointment the next day. If I want to go tomorrow, I have to call early today. If I wait until 3 or 4 o’clock, I cannot get in. I go to them.

I have been using them for 10 years maybe. Their price is in line with everybody else. The service is always great They are wonderful. If they say they will be done by 12, then they are done by 12 or before. It is spotless in there, it is very clean, and I never seen a spotless grooming place.

I was a little apprehensive about using Catherine's after I called on a Tuesday afternoon and could get our large Samoyed in the next morning. Most of the really good groomers I've used are booked up for several weeks, so I wasn't prepared to get in so quickly.
I'm so glad I stuck with it! We were really impressed with Catherine's and the care given to our dog Sugar. Sugar is an older, rescue dog, blind in one eye with sensitive and unsteady hips who hates to be brushed or groomed in any way. She flinches at sudden movement, sometimes falling down, but she was so dirty and matted we finally took her in. As soon as we walked in the door, they recognized all these challenges with Sugar and assured me they would take care of her.
When we picked her up at the end of the day, she was beautiful! And was as happy as she gets (not zoned out or frantic at all). She was pretty matted in some spots so they shaved down those areas, but being a samoyed those spots get covered over with all the other fur around. We will definitely be going back, this time before she gets so dirty and matted.
It was more expensive than I'm used to (and price was quoted before they knew how matted she would be), but totally worth it. As another review said, they don't accept credit card although do take checks.

My overall experience was very good the lady I spoke with was very nice I think did a very good job. One thing people may not like is that they only accept cash or check but honestly that was no big deal. I would definitely use them again.

They are easy to work with, nice salon, very friendly, easy in/out. The grooming team did an awesom job in caring for our new dog.
