ore thanThey removed tire, repaired tire, remounted tire in about 20 minutes.  I am a customer of Belle for tires in the past and apparently free tire repair is on of their perks.  When the work was complete they handed me the keys and said remember us when you buy your next tires.  Friendly, professional, and efficient..  I have never  bought tires anywhere else.  They have always recommended the best value for my driving and I have never felt pressured to pay more than I should for the tires.  Great vendor.  Great value.

The services were performed as expected. The cost was competitive. The work was completed quickly. The communication with the service department regarding what services were required was timely. I would highly recommend using the Royal Oak Belle Tire.

There wasn't much good about the experience at this particular Belle Tire location.

While the coupon made the price OK, that was the only OK aspect.

Waited too long to talk to the service writer.

Simple alignment check was promised within 30 minutes so I chose to wait. Big mistake.

Waiting room baked in the sun. The sales floor was very cool so it appeared they didn't want you in the waiting room.

When the work was not complete by 45 minutes I asked how much longer and was told it would only be a few minutes. This went on for another 1-1/2 hours.

When the work was finally complete they attempted to hard sell me other services even though I made it clear I was late for another obligation.

I've had OK experiences at other Belle Tire locations but will never return to this one. Other customers also seemed to be irritated by the poor service at this store.

I had had good experiences using Belle Tire in the past, and they're reasonably priced but this last time made me a little concerned. I took my car in to get new tires, and they called and said I needed new shocks and struts (which made the bill significantly higher). I approved these add-ons, and the work was completed the same day. When I got my car back, there was a new rattling that sounded like it was coming from the driver side of the vehicle that had not been there before I took it in to them. I took it back to them a second time, and they said I had a defective strut on the driver side. They had the mechanic who originally worked on my car fix it (free of charge; it was still under warranty). After I got it back the second time, I noticed that there was still rattling (on the passenger side). I took it back a third time. When I got there, they said that I had to wait for the mechanic who had originally worked on my car to come into work, because he would be handling this problem. I found this to be a little annoying, since every time I have to take my car in, that's time I have to take off from work, plus, if the original mechanic didn't do the job properly in the first place, why would I want him working on my car the second or third time? Once he came into work, the guy at the desk had the mechanic drive with me to listen for the rattling. The rest of the experience just left me very doubtful of this guy's common sense. He directed me to pull down the alley, because, he explained, any rattling will definitely happen there because of all the potholes in that alley. But all the potholes were on the driver side, not the passenger side, which was the side with the problem. We drove about two miles before we heard the rattling, and when I asked for confirmation that he had heard it, he started off a little cagey, but ultimately admitted that he heard it. He then proceeded to explain that there was nothing wrong with the passenger side, because he did not work on the passenger side the last time I was in -- only the driver side. As I told him, the problem was probably on both sides when I brought it in the second time. When they asked me which side the rattling was on, I told them the driver's side. This is the side I heard, since me, being on the driver side, could hear the driver side rattling more prominently. They obviously never bothered to check to make sure that the passenger side didn't have the same problem and figured they would just address the very precise issue I had identified for them (no going the extra mile there). After that discussion, the mechanic tried to convince me that the passenger side rattling wasn't really a problem because it took two miles before we heard the rattling. Despite my exasperation at such a ding-a-ling comment, I patiently explained to him that the fact that it had taken two miles to hear the rattling was more a function of the condition of the road than whether there was actually a problem with the car. The noise wasn't there at all before I took it to them, it's there now. Fix it.They ultimately did fix the problem, but what an ordeal, and what a lot of my time wasted.
