I gave an overall grade of "C:"  instead of an "A" because of the outrageous and ridiculous wait time to get the job done.
The car looked good and was perfect when I picked it up.

My two-month-old car was very badly damaged in an accident. I had it towed to Autometric because they are a AAA-approved repair shop and I had no other way of judging one collision shop from another. I'm so glad that I picked Autometric. Autometric did an AMAZING job: my car looked better than the day I purchased it (and I bought it new!), inside and out. The car's performance and handling is flawless even though it had been badly mangled in the accident. I have a picky eye yet when I got my car back, I did not find a single flaw in the collision work - the tiniest details had been attended to and made perfect. I'm extremely impressed by Autometric.

Bob Emmett (the manager) took great care to assure that the repair was done beyond expectations, and it showed. Superlative service and quality. Much, much better than their shop in Pontiac.

We got 3 quotes for service and Autometrics was right on with the other 3 quotes. They were also approved through our insurance, so we only had to pay our deductible. Anytime we called with questions they were very professional and helpful. Our contact there, Jason, called often with updates which was appreciated. Only minor thing was that they called at 5:30p to tell us our car was done - they close at 6p so we were not able to make it up there within the 30 mins before they closed, so we ended up paying for an additional day on our rental car. Really great experience overall though. My husband said the car was cleaner inside and out then when we got it new! Would highly recommend and would use again in the future.
