Dana stopped by and checked what we wanted and provided a quote in a timely manner. Very professional. Her crew showed up a little late, but I was home for other work so it worked out fine. They got right to work and cleaned everything up when they left. All in all a job well done.

I'm concerned about the birds so I told them not to use poisons that would kill the birds. They use a liquid fertilizer. They show up.

We have had them for 5 or 6 years. The woman who owns the business, Dena Stevens, is a certified arborist. We think she is very fair and we are pleased with the work. If you have a problem after the service, they will come back at no cost to fix the problem.

I hired this company because they did this same job for me about four years ago and it was outstanding. I am not satisfied this time for the following reasons:
THE BAD
--They used a large truck with a 60 foot basket to prune the trees. The truck wheels put deppressions in my lawn in several places. I was never told they were going to use a truck and I would not have approved it had I been told. This is a big deal to me. Four years ago they used climbers to prune the trees.
--A large branch was dropped on my cable line and knocked out my cable service. I had to call my cable service to get it repaired.
--Many of the branches of my small flowering crab apple tree were pruned with a chain saw (instead of pruning shears) and extensive scraping damage to the bark occured.

THE GOOD
--They got a lot of work done at a fair price.
--The workers were friendly, hard working and professional.
--Cleaned up was good.

They were prompt and efficient. They did a very good job and I will continue to use them in future.

They came out. They were prompt. They gave us a quote. We had estimates from some other companies as well. I cannot remember which company gave the lowest quote. They were all pretty competitive. They were all pretty much in the same range but they differed by a couple of hundred dollars.

The overall experience was fine. I did not get exactly the service that I wanted, but I was not there to watch them because of the weather. The price was reasonable for their work.

Great. Service was excellent. Folks were courteous and professional.

Responded to request for quote promptly. Completed work on time. Left the area clean and free of waste.

THE TREES WERE INFESTED WITH EMERALD ASH BORERS. THEY KILLED MANY OF OUR ONE HUNDRED YEAR OLD ASH TREES. THEY WERE GREAT ABOUT GETTING RID OF THE LIMBS. THEY CLEANED UP THE YARD REALLY WELL.
