This is the second time we have used Advantage Blinds. When we first moved into our home, we had them measure and install blinds and they were wonderful. Then, just recently we had new windows installed. We, once again used Advantage Blinds and once again. We could ask for better service. They are wonderful to work with and extremely nice and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend them and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I give them a very strong thumbs up!

Michael the Owner of Advantage called me to ask was I happy with the installation of my shutters. I told him happy was not good enough for how I felt. I was ecstatic over the outcome. I interviewed three companies and chose Advantage because Michelle their Representative was the most professional, prompt and knowledgeable of the three reps. I chose Advantage based on her presentation and their reasonable pricing. Next came Michael the Owner to do the measuring and to give advice on the shutters/ shade I was purchasing. He provided me with excellent guidance on the pros and cons of different options. I went along with his advice. He was prompt, personable and very knowledgeable. Next came the next Michael who I will call "Tall Mike" who did the actual installation. Michael installed my shutters the day after Christmas. I'd ordered the shutters in October but even though they'd told me they'd be ready in 90 days I did not think I'd be able to get installation before the new year. Tall Mike called to schedule the installation and I asked what my options were...he told me he could do it on 12/26/2019 and so I scheduled it for that day. Michael arrived promptly and within a couple of hours my Master Bedroom and Bath had been transformed into a more sophisticated and stylish place just by the addition of these shutters. My Shade selection had to be back ordered and Michael the Owner just completed their installation in my basement. The addition of the shade to my unfinished basement makes me want to get paint so that the basement walls can look as good as the shade. As Michael headed down the basement stairs I apologized to him because the banister was still in a broken state because I encountered a stripped screw that I could not budge. Well when after he installed my shad he took out the stripped screw and installed the new bracket and now I have a stair banister again. This was above and beyond the call of duty. I am going to contract Advantage Blinds and Shades and Shutters to put shutters on my sliding glass doors this year. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them. I am a very satisfied customer.

We are very pleased with the entire process! I did a lot of research before I decided on the Norman brand shutters. Our first appointment was with Michael. He measured our 4 windows and ordered the shutters. Bill installed them several weeks later and we couldn't be happier! Then we decided to order blinds for our new bay window. There were a few hiccups getting it just right, because I learned, that a bay window can be a sticky-wicket. After a few visits, Michael's installation was just perfect! I highly recommend this company for window treatments.

Great ,! Blind needed repair owner of the company took down blind and sent it back at no cost to me also came back to rehang when it arrived . I would highly recommend this company everything was done efficiently and in a timely manner.

The entire process, from beginning to end, was smooth and problem-free. All the different types of blinds and price ranges were explained clearly, the blinds were measured, ordered, and installed on time, and the product and the price were great! We were especially impressed with the professionalism and respect for our home. There was nothing for us to clean up afterward, they left the house the way it was, except now we have beautiful new blinds! I would recommend Advantage to anyone looking to add new blinds to their home!

Shutters were ordered in September, 2018. It takes 6 to 8 weeks for custom shutters, but it was worth the wait! Old window treatment was removed and shutters were hung. Process was handled professionally from start to finish. (This is 3rd time I used services of Advantage for window treatments.)

Michael was so great! He went out of the way to help and advice us. Starting from selecting the shades and blinds to flawless installation! Everything went smoothly. They have a box when they came in and they put the old blinds in to the box and left it to my garage. I will use them again but they have to get the box that they left.

The term "No disposal" is clearly indicated on the sales order. Had you have contacted us, we would have been happy to make other arrangements to pick up your old blinds.
