Put deposits down on May 1 2017, took til end of June to get work started. Only part of job I am happy with is the roof, except for the fact he used black flashing on chimney with a brown roof. Had gutter replaced after being replaced still had same problem as before took weeks to get him back out and had to tell him how to fix. Painting sloppy lots of drips on my brick and porch and instead of taking dents out from siding above garage just painted over it. Asked to to come back for repainting of dripedge, he left it with two different colors on it from overspray of siding and he only fixed on front of house and left the sides and back of house. Asked him to paint 3 poles on front porch he said no. Left bare wires hanging from my doorbell and had to ask several times to put one on. Windows installed and put no trim, or caulking on inside when I brought it up he said if I want the tackey trim to shut me up he would do it! Outer caulking looks like a child did it very messey. The doors, left with unfinished job, trim he installed cracked, chipped, no trim door installed not fully fitting the way old one did, Only put sloppey caulk job to fill gaps. He would not the covers over the screws told to do it my self. After spending over $21,000 I should have a finished job and not have to hire someone else to complete. Learned my lesson not to pay in full until happy with the job. Unable to get him to fix, he only gives me excuses why he shouldn't have too.
