I don't have to do anything else with it. I don't have to take it in very often. I've had it for over two years. I almost have 11,000 miles on it. The service there is excellent. I've been dealing with them since the 70s. They're professional. You check in and you can either wait or they have one of these courtesy vans that will take you back where you have to go. They'll come pick you up when the vehicle is ready for you to pick up. I've never been dissatisfied with anything. I would say that their price is probably comparable. Since I leased the vehicle there and I like the people and the service I just go there.

It didn't go well at all. My family is multiracial, but these people seemed extremely rude and somewhat racist. Instead of offering to call over to the dealership where the car was purchased to get more information about what had been done to the car, they advised me to go back over there to get the problem fixed. I would not use their services in the future.

They were very busy but they were punctual and kept me up to date when the car would be ready so I wouldn't spend my entire Saturday at the dealer. Had time to go check out the new vehicles :)

They have express oil changes and to me that's as quick and economical as going to an express place that only offers that. I like that they offer this seperate from repairs. I was in and out in 20 minutes this last time! Their price is compatible to everyone else's. I feel confident that they use the right kind of oil.
