I've had Steve Keys do some major repair work on my cars in the past, always with excellent results and reasonable prices. When my elderly parent's Chevy Malibu had a starting problem, I suggested they get the car over to Keys Auto. Steve and his staff spent 2-3 hours evaluating the car, which seemed to have a faulty fuel pump. The car was working fine after they checked it out (this sometimes happens with fuel pumps), Steve gave a us an very reasonable quote to replace the pump, but we decided to delay the repair and see if the problem was gone. Steve wouldn't take a dime from us for the time he and his staff spent on the car (which is still working fine).

My vehicle died on Sunday, and I had it towed to Keys. I stopped by Monday morning to drop off the keys, and discuss the issue with the staff. They advised they would look at the vehicle to determine what the problem was. Later that day, Steve called to inform me that the fuel pump had failed, and that he could have it replaced by the next day. Job was completed in a very timely manner.
