+ -1 moreA man from the company came to give an estimate. Had no tape measure. Told us he couldn't get materials and was turning away jobs. I asked for him to give me an estimate on PVC fence anyway. He said he would get back tome the next day. Three days later I called and left a message to get the estimate. Almost 2 weeks later still have not heard from them. I had 2 other professionals come and both were able to get materials and had the estimates either same or next day. I was happy to hire one of them.

+ -1 moreHad an appt with Bob at 1pm, June 20th for an estimate to realign my chain link gate. Bob never showed or called to say he wasn’t coming. I left a voicemail with the company later that afternoon to ask why Bob didn’t show or call. They never called me back. Very dissatisfied with their lack of customer service. If the job wasn’t worth their time they should have just said that from the start.

+ -1 moreOur home backs to a golf course and we are on the 2nd fairway. This fence allows us to use our yard without worrying about errant golf balls. Family Fence gave us an estimate, price and time and they met it. We would hire them again and have referred them to friends.
