WONDERFUL! On time and knowledgeable! Kept me informed on what he was doing and why. I feel more informed about my dryer/vent etc. Things to know for future repairs/replacement if needed. Efficient and an overall GREAT person.

Glen goes above and beyond! He is very thorough. He went down in the crawl space to make sure the vent pipe wasn't sagging. Not many people will do that anymore. He also cleaned up all the lent that was blown outside. Personable, knowledgeable and more than fair cost for his work.

Glenn was pleasant, friendly and a very knowledgeable person, who answered all my questions and concerns.  He checked the dryer ductwork flow, which he said was in good shape, clean and working.  Glenn went the extra step to show me how to tell if the air flow is proper and not clogged with lint.  Glenn replaced the outside dryer vent cap, which was the main reason for the service call.  There was a problem with the cap fitting, but he made a suggestion, which made the vent flush to the outside wall.  Glenn again went one step above and beyond to show me how I could replace the vent in the future if I choose to, which I don’t think will be necessary.  I would highly recommend Glenn’s Dryer Vent Company and will call again if I need service.  Thanks Glenn!!

Wonderful friendly thorough service

Very well!!! Another company quoted $200 and advised they would not clean out the inside of the dryer. Another company did not answer their phone. Called Dryer Vent Company - he answered immediately, was quoted an excellent price and when I asked if he would clean out the dryer, was told that was included. The dryer would be cleaned and inspected, the tube completely cleaned and if anything needed to be replaced, any additional cost would be minimal. He was true to his word!!! If I had hired the original company, the issue would not have been resolved as the problem was in the dryer itself. Dryer Vent Company completed the job in excellent time, made minor repairs at no additional cost, made sure everything was working before he left. He was very professional, kind, easy to talk to and explained everything he did. Also advised if we there were any issues to call him right away. You will not be disappointed with Dryer Vent Company!

Glenn did a great job servicing my dryer. He repaired the outside vent, replaced the vent duct, and to avoid disturbing my basement ceiling, he secured the outgoing part of the duct with a fastener. In addition, he vacuumed all of the lent and dust up off of the floor that had accumulated behind and under the dryer (that I was not aware was there), and even topped it off by wiping down the floor with a wet cloth! He tested everything before he left to make sure the dryer was in proper working order. Glenn did a wonderful job. Glenn is also very personable and I felt comfortable with him immediately as soon as he walked through the door. I would definitely hire him again!

I chose Dryer Vent Company – Glen as he was open to service my dryer not only on a weekend.. but that very same weekend. I value prompt, efficient and persistency; Glen provided all three. We purchased a new dryer, and it was installed with a Flex Foil vent which we wanted replaced with an all medal vent. We booked The Dryer Vent Company. Glen arrived on time with all the materials he needed for the project. Glen was not only extremely professional, paying attention to details, making sure the new vent was correctly installed, but he was was very friendly. They did an excellent and thorough job. They even reworked my twisting and turning existing-old system to be more direct and less dangerous for clogging. I’d used a diy tool and the brush got stuck in my vent and they were able to extract that too. They even helped me hook back up a heater duct that had come loose over the years. This eases the mind and I will recommend Them to my fellow condo owners.
