not good the flooring was supposed to be distressed and it only had 4 scratch marks about every 4 feet we were told it is the way it is supposed to be and once it was installed we would see the distressed look would be noticed then - even after supersteamer brought 4 pieces to prosource to compare to the sample (which i was told by both it matched) after putting about 10 pieces down it looked horrible i then picked up the sample and placed it on the floor that was installed and we all agreed it did not match the sample they then filed a claim with usfloors which was approved yet they are still charging me a 20% restocking fee (though they are sending back to the manufacture) ok fine i would take the loss of the 20 % however now Supersteamer told me the claim has been denied which is a lie. i tried to contact prosource and I spoke with Mark or a Mike (i don't remember) and he said he can't talk to me i have to contact Super Steamer - this is a complete nightmare and the floor is still sitting in my home eventhough i have new flooring installed already.
Description of Work: I ordered hardwood flooring and carpet from prosource through SuperSteamer.

The carpeting went ok, but didn't have the characteristics I has asked for. The tile was a nightmare. It was a husband/wife team. I had moved and put away all the smaller items. They never covered any of my furniture. I had dust everywhere. My leather furniture was a wreck. They left a grout haze on the tile which I tried repeatedly to remove. Their hours varied every day and if I called to see if they were even coming, they wouldn't answer. I wasted time waiting for them to show up and spent weeks in the clean up. The grout haze is still present despite the fact that my husband & I had to get on our hands and knees and use steel wool on all 1500 square feet. They were supposed to come back and help and when they finally showed up Bob picked a fight and started yelling at me as if I had caused the problem. I only used products such as steem & white vinegar, nothing toxic. I sent him home and called Prosource (Roger Lee) who said he couldn't be responsible for the installers he told me to use. I was never even given a chance to give input as to how the tile should be laid out. They just did it. This was a vey expensive, disappointing experience. B&K Interior - no address, just a phone # 734-469-0770 if they chose to answer.
Description of Work: Love the selection of flooring products. Asked for carpet that wouldn't show foot prints, vacuum marks etc. Ordered 95 yards. Didn't perform as promised.. Also ordered1500 sq. feet porcelin tile . It was recommened to me to use B & K Interiors for installation.
