+ -1 moreI scheduled an appointment for after 12:30 PM on 7-6-06 to look at our washing machine. I called and left a message on the worker's cell phone at 3:30 that day asking if they were planning on coming and to please let me know. I waited all afternoon for them to show up or to at least call. They never showed up and they never returned my phone call.
Description of Work: I made an appointment to have our broken washing machine looked at.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE HERE TO FIX OUR WASHING MACHINE RECENTLY. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY PUT NEW PARTS IN WHEN THEY COULD HAVE CHARGED US FOR A NEW MACHINE. THIS IS AN HONEST COMPANY.
