They are very user friendly, I am very pleased with the amount of time and attention from them. I don't feel like Jerry is trying to get in out and quickly, he just works consistently. He is also extremly nice, and I get a very through clean!

They do an excellent job. They only problem is that the past couple times they have left the carpet wetter then I expected.
