AMERICAN HOME PROTECTION

A friend told us about them.  We will not use them again.  It took them forever to send out a service provider.  Then once the service provider came out they took our appliance apart and the person who was providing the repair service called American Home Protection to get authorization to pay for the part.  American Home Protection would not give authorization to pay for the part with our appliance totally taken apart.  I thought  it was their overall policy to pay for parts.  It took 5 days after we yelled and screamed and complained to send anybody out to fix the part.  Then, once the lady was putting in the part they said no.  It was an included service.  It was something about how they changed the policy after we purchased the purchased the policy.  It shouldn't have applied to us because it was included in our warranty. You can't chance something in the middle of the warranty.  You can't sell something to somebody then when they actually need it fixed say "Oh we don't do that any more." One was saying that they called and the other was saying that they never received the call.  We had to keep calling and screaming and cussing at them.  After the week we had to threaten to sue them.  It ended up being a rift between the appliance repair people and American.  Finally they came back out and fixed it.  But when they did fix it, the appearance of my dryer isn't the same.  The button isn't flush with the dryer any more so the appearance has changed.  I will never use them again.

THIS COMPANY GAVE ME A PROMOTIONAL RATE TO HOOK MY ALARM SYSTEM UP. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND TOLD ME ABOUT THE SYSTEM AND HOW IT WORKED. I WOULD REFER THEM TO ANYONE THAT WOULD ASK ABOUT THEM.
