Service was on time and work got done in a professional manner. Internet service is blazing lay fast, phone works well, but service is expensive.

Comcast had promised a higher quality cable box for free but started charging monthly. We agreed to replace the cable box with the lower cost model.
I am very disappointed that Comcast did not follow through with their promise from last year to provide a higher quality box without raising the monthly fees.
I am paying far too much compared with Wow or ATT

Discussed how I wanted to drop Premium Channels. Rep reviewed by package and found a package with what I wanted for apx $100 less per month.
