Mickey's Custom Cement

Mickey and his crew did a great job on my stamped concrete patio. They were very professional and responded quickly to all calls. I had the patio poured last year and it still looks great. Over the winter some minor spots of sealant came off, probably due to ice. I called Mickey on a Friday and asked him his opinion on the best way to reseal the little spots. He told me not to worry about it and that he would send out his crew the following week. As promised, Mickey's crew was out the following Wednesday and resealed my patio. Mickey's is a great local company who stands by his work. I would definitely recommend Mickey's Custom Cement to friends and family.

Not well. Mickey doesn’t like to answer his phone. The quality of work is poor. They left a few boot prints in our patio and his explaination is it happens everyone in a while. Buyer Beware.

Where do I start. If you like half *** work, sharp edges on your patio, boot prints in your patio, inconsistent color, then Mickey's your guy. He never answers his phone and rarely returns calls( until payment is due), so your "Phone call really ISN'T important to him". Mickey is very unprofessional and full of lies and excuses. Blames his guys for all the mistakes and poor craftsmanship. As an owner of a company he should step up for his guys or hire more talented help. He finished our patio and I spent the next two days repairing sprinkler lines they hit and French drains that he said he would take care of. He lost our design and paperwork work with all of the dimensions, luckily we kept ours. I called him over to do repairs and point out mistakes and he says that kind of stuff happens. When you pay top dollar for custom cement you don't expect to have SHARP EDGES and BOOT PRINTS in it. Please learn from my mistake. DO NOT HIRE MICKEYS CUSTOM CEMENT.
