Just as a walk-in to the store I got friendly professional serivce. They looked at the jackets I had and determined that I just needed a new puller for one of them and not a whole new zipper. The other needed a new zipper. I got an immediate quote and claim check and told upfront that the new zipper will take a couple of weeks as they have one expert and would have to get it into her job jar. They beat the on-time delivery by a day and even asked if I would like to have the jacket taken from their store in Cascade Michigan to Rockford Michigan for pickup as they saw I live in Rockford although I work closer to Cascade. Being that I was taking the day off at the time it was ready, picking up at the Rockford store was a real help.

The Tailors were great. I’ve been using them since I found them about a year ago. They’re very attentive. They are a small shop so that is very personalized attention. I really like it there. They have very reasonable prices. Yes, I would use them again and they’re not even near from where I am.

Everything went very well. Alterations (to a pair of blue jeans) were done perfectly. The button repairs I had done (sports jackets and an overcoat) continue to hold up very well. They finished both jobs I took to them on the date as promised for a reasonable fee. I will definitely use them again.

The repair work was good and reasonably priced, but the alterations were extremely disappointing. The person who pinned me seemed like a teenager who just happened to work in the store and that showed in the results. The waist on the pants is so tight that I can barely get them over my bum and the waist to hip ratio is off so they pants now gap in the rear. The skirt came back unpressed and with the chalk marks remaining. The fit is okay. I'm just glad I didn't take my better quality clothing in for alterations.

Excellent! Very professional. The tailors were friendly and clearly knowledgeable. They were able to alter my daughter's prom dress in a time crunch and did a beautiful job.
