PC Essentials

They messed up my computer I have a server and I have a password to get into my server and they have a remote on my computer and they only one that can get into my server is Dave. My server is not recognizing my pc and I can not get into my tax programs and now I can not even get my computer to boot up. They have shut down my tax business and have people calling the police on me and sending them here and I have lost my clientele. And now I am being sued. And I can not get Dave on the phone or get him here.I have been calling them and texting them to come and fix my server. The girlfriend called back and said that someone would be out in the morning and they never came. They don't answer the phone when I call, I have a broken toe and I had to go to the doctor so I left a key for them under the mat because they said they were coming and they never showed up again. One of my clients had a audit and he had a deadline to get more information in and I told them that in a text and this person is now being charged allot of money by the IRS and it is because of PC Essentials negligence that this is happening to him. There are other people that I need to help that are having audits and I can not help them and they are trying to sue me and sending police to my office because I am not responding and I can not get into my computer because my server does not recognized my pc.
