Invisible Fence

Appointment was at 9:00.  He arrived at  9:03. System worked when he checked it. At my request he gave me prices for a "trade-in" system. No high pressure. Very professional.

Kevin and the whole operation is a first class group. We have a difficult yard and they are always willing to the extra distance to help us out..

I called first to check their hours and was told to ask for Randy when I got to their office. He met me promptly and greeted me professionally. I explained my concerns to him. The system was installed twelve years ago and had not been inspected so I asked for all of it to be inspected. Randy did so while I waited. He determined that all of the batteries needed to be replaced (including the back-up battery). While testing one of the collar transmitters, he also found that two of the internal antennas had failed so he replaced the transmitter under the lifetime warranty and explained to me how the new battery indicator worked. He packed all of the components back in the bag I'd brought and held an umbrella for me as he escorted me to my car in the rain. It took less than thirty minutes for the entire visit.
When I got home and began to reinstall the unit, I discovered that the wire between the outlet and the fence unit was a wee bit too short. I packed it back up, took it back to the office and Randy promptly provided a new wire with a generous amount of slack. I took one of my dogs (an older puppy in training) with me on this visit and she became upset at the office dog (who did nothing to provoke her). She responded when I told her to sit but one of the other employees came out (perhaps the behaviorist?) and spent a few minutes talking to my dog. Randy also came out from behind the counter and met my dog who is still (obviously) working on her socialization skills. I appreciated the professional and respectful way they treated my older puppy and me.
I've done business with this firm for twelve years from the time of the installation of my underground fence system through five different dogs and two visiting dogs. They always provide excellent, professional service and I highly recommend them!

The guy they sent out to do the invisible wire was rude. He didn't do it the way we wanted, so it had to be redone. In the process of the work he shorted out a cicuit and I had to have an electrician come out to fix it, which they did pay for. It does work good.

I would consider doing something else in the future.

They were very fast in all aspects and I've been very pleased with letting the dog out and knowing she can play with her friend and be safe.

Although more expensive than the other brands, it is worth every penny. I have neighbors with the "hardware store" brands, and you can easily see the difference in thickness and quality of the wire. And their dogs run through the fences quite often. Their customer support is outstanding. The dog collars have a lifetime guarantee, and so does the transmitter. I have had the same transmitter for 12 years, and when it needed repair, I just popped it out of the casing, and they gave me a new one. I love my very big dogs, and keeping them safe is worth the cost.

THIS COMPANY IS INCREDIBLE, THE WORK THEY DO IS GREAT. THE OWNER CAME TO MY HOME AND INSTALLED THE FENCE HIMSELF AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY. WE HAD ONE MINOR PROBLEM WHEN INSTALLING THE FENCE BUT HE DID NOT HESITATE TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

WE WERE REFEREED TO THE COMPANY THROUGH IT'S GOOD REPUTATION, AND WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND ALTHOUGH OUR DOG STILL ESCAPES FROM TIME TO TIME, WE DO NOT THINK THAT IT IS THEIR FAULT.
