They could have had better quality of the work the corners and trim, there was gaps in it. It was not as professional looking as I thought it would be.

Troy made an appointment to come a couple of days before the work was to be done to scope out the work, and arrived right on time. I had purchased an Angie's list deal for 4 hours of work. Troy estimated that the work could be completed within that timeframe. I was instantly impressed by his demeanor and professionalism. On the day the work was to be done, Troy had let me know he had a job in the morning before coming to our house. About an hour before I expected him, he texted me to let me know the previous might keep him a little bit longer, but he was still coming. He kept me informed and showed up right in the timeframe and got right to work. He took care of all 5 jobs quickly, cleanly and efficiently. He made two hardware store runs - one was after he had determined the switch controlling the disposal was not working properly (always on) and he went and replaced that too. This was a wonderful experience and I would recommend Troy to anyone. It has been such a joy to have all these nagging annoyances back in working order!!!!

Appeared punctually, was courteous, knowledgeable, worked efficiently even after hours (had to come at 5:30 after working another job all day), and charged incredibly little for such a big, big help--and hauled away everything associated with project..
He was absolutely excellent in every way!

All the work was done when Troy said it would be done and everything was installed and repaired to our complete satisfaction.

Troy proved to be the perfect handyman. He arrived on time, he brought the proper tools, his measurements were precise and he performed in a timely manner. He looked at a plumbing issue and gave suggestions as to how we could solve the issue. He gave an accurate estimate. His prices a fair.

I called the GRHandyman on Wednesday and described what I needed done, he gave me an estimate over the phone and said he could be out the next day. He came out as arranged and proceeded to dig out around the concrete base and then cut the post well below ground level. After removing the goal post, he filled in the hole and went to work on the door. He quickly did the repair and charged a more than reasonable fee for his service. I plan to use him again soon on another project and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
