The guy was not able to do the job and the reason being the putty on my windows were so deteriorated that it was literally falling out. Although I was frustrated with the calls back and forth in getting someone to come out, I am grateful they did because it convinced me and brought to light that I need new windows. This is something my husband has been talking to me about for thirty years but I once I inspected the windows and talked to the guy I could see what he was talking about. Thanks to them, they didn't try to do the job and bill me. They said they wouldn't be able to guarantee good results because of the shape the putty was in. I am grateful for their honesty on that. The guy came out, I left to run some errands, I looked around the house and I couldn't figure out where he was gone, then later in a follow up call with the business owner, it was related to him what the problem was and he brought it to my attention. It was a little confusing, but once I saw what they were talking about, I could certainly understand why they felt it was not a good thing to go ahead with. The only thing was that the guy left with no explanation and I had to get a hold of them because there was no message left or any follow up done, he just left.

It went well. Nice, friendly staff got busy right away and worked swiftly. No trace of them after they left, except really clean windows.
