Great. They are nice to have, I have had them quarterly for the last sererval years

Their quality was great at first but it trailed off the longer we used them. It got to the point where it wasn’t worth what we were paying them so we moved on to a new service.

We're very, very happy with them. It was for about 2,000 square feet. We've used them for three years.

Used them twice. Excellent cleaning (and company service by phone as well.) Will use again.

Complete and thorough job, including cleaning appliances, cabinets, baseboards, window sills and dusting blinds. Easy to work with and accomodated our request for a Saturday cleaning. Fantastic experience!

I have used Divine Maid Service several times and they are consistently good. The team gets right to work and does a very thorough job. They move at a good steady pace so they can accomplish alot in a short time. This past session was a huge help. After all the Christmas decorations were packed away and furniture moved back to where it belongs...and the last of the guests has left.....it was great to have Terri's team vacuum up the glitter, get the guestrooms in working order and help me start the new year fresh!

The gals were great! Friendly and professional, did a great job cleaning the house.

It went well. They did an excellent job. Important to know that the amount of time might not be the same as advertised due to having more than one person performing the work. I paid for four hours, but got 1.5 because there were three of them cleaning.

I would highly recommend this company. They asked upfront for a detailed list of the areas I wanted cleaned. The cleaning staff was prompt, very friendly and the house was spotless after they left.

My wife and I are very pleased with the depth of services provided. The Divine Maid team cleaned thoroughly all nooks and crannies of our house. No shortcuts were taken. The house looks and smells GREAT! As a young family with 2 working parents, and 1 in grad school, life is a bit crazy. Housecleaning took a backseat to everything else in life. Thank goodness for Divine Maid who was able to whip our house back into shape!

The 2 cleaning professionals did an amazing job in our home!  Since my husband works from home, he was able to greet them and be present while they cleaned. He said they were extremely courteous, very professional and worked very hard the entire time. I prearranged with Terri for the team to clean for 6 hours (2 people x 3 hours) and pre-approved any additional time that was needed. They had never cleaned my house before so I expected it might take a bit longer. Additionally, I wanted to make sure I wasn't under-estimating how long it takes to do a thorough job. Our house is on the larger side and I have alot of things on counters and end tables which can add alot of time.
When I walked in the door, my house screamed "CLEAN!" Cindy and Lindsey had done an amazing job. They completely exceeded my expectations!  They left behind a cleaning checklist so I knew what was done as well as a business card. I appreciated that.
What I have learned in over 20 years in working with cleaning partners is that you get what you pay for. There are those who only want to pay for 2 hours of cleaning, for a job that really needs 4, but are then disappointed.  In this case, I feel that I got more than I paid for, because the quality of the work was just outstanding. Everything from the floors to the light switches were cleaned, everything that could sparkle did indeed sparkle. After working with so many cleaning partners over the years, I can absolutely say this was the best experience I ever had.

Therese was wonderful to work with, very responsive, friendly and accommodating.  The 3 women who came to clean were very friendly and helpful as well.  They continued to offer to do more, which was impressive to me, and made sure to stay the entire 4 hours.  Only disappointment was one of our shower's walls did not seemed to be cleaned, other than that, no complaints, and I am sure they would be happy to correct that in the future with a simple call from me!
