Zoja Crystal Cleaning Services did an amazing job cleaning the house, especially the kitchen appliances, basement, and garage. Zoja, I want to extend my thanks for the outstanding service and professionalism you have provided.

Zoja is an honest, efficient, hard working person who did the cleaning job I asked for and more importantly, did more without being hesitant. We discussed the importance of the cleaning job as it was in my unoccupied house and I needed to get prepared for moving in all of my belongings. Based upon this experience I intend to hire Zoja as my regular cleaning person.

Zoja was quick to respind to my requests, and worked around my schedule, for cleaning my home, before a big event. I had her deep cleaning of my kitchen, cabinets, floors, ceilings, bathrooms.. and everything was spotless. Highly recommend!

I normally don't complain but I paid near 1K for a top to bottom move-in clean for my 4 bed 2 bath house. She got the main areas kitchen/living room. I am noticing spots that were completely missed as I am moving in. There were jelly beans on the stairs, which were in the entrance closet originally. I was going to let that slide as it took me 2 seconds to pick up. Cobwebs in the higher up areas, ash/butts in one of the closets. Dust in the door frames/bathroom vents/medicine cabinets. There's still scum on the kitchen faucet. While she said she cleaned the dishwasher I pulled out the filer and there was plenty of slime on it and gunk on the outer edges. She's very nice but I feel the attention to detail fell through on this one. Grated, I did a short walk through post-clean. I was busy packing for the move and I missed things that I am now catching. I feel the price I paid was an overcharge for what I got. I essentially paid $200/hr. Cleaning should have been way more through.

She was kind and very professional. She did everything I asked and more. The oven looked new when she was done. Super thorough and walked me through to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend her! Great attitude and service!

This is a great person to hire when you want a deep cleaning on your residence.

I hired this pro to do a deep cleaning. Zoey was very nice but her cleaning was not good. My project was deep cleaning for 3.5 bathrooms and full kitchen for a home I was moving in. When I arrived back after the pro was paid and gone I checked all bathrooms there was urine on toilet seats and around the toilets, hair on toilets seats, hair inside the drawers, hair and dust on countertops. I had to clean every bathroom after I paid hundreds of dollars. I feel that Zoey tried to rush when I left her at the home and didn?t clean everything to get done fast. I texted and called the pro no response or answer!! I would not recommend her WASTE OF MONEY!!

I had an amazing experience with Crystal. They helped me out on short notice with an emotional estate clearing process by being exceptionally flexible with timing and service options. The quality of work was terrific -- I've never seen the place look better, and it acceleratethe process to prepare the house for sale. Highly recommend!

This company went above and beyond for me when I was in a pinch. She came over immediately after I called her and went over everything I needed to be done. I didnâ t think sheâ d even do it and she didnâ t even hesitate to get started. She was so sweet and is such a nice individual to work with. If you donâ t hire this company, you are making a huge mistake. They do NOT disappoint whatsoever and made my place feel like home again. I will definitely be having her come to my home in the future and you should too. What other company do you know that will come to your house in the matter of thirty minutes at 8 am?! The unit l hired them to clean wad empty for over year and totally filthy. They were quick and efficient and scoured this place from top to bottom and l didn't even recognize the place when they were finished. I highly recommend this company and would definitely hire them again.

Super costumer oriented. Prompt, nice and professional. Great listening skills, so knew exactly what and how I wanted things done. Our house looks perfect for the new owners to take possession. I was shocked at the estimated price, but the service and end result were worth it.

We were very disappointed with our cleaning. We asked for a deep clean and only received a surface level clean and she was done in under and hour. Also quoted use at $250 and charged us another $50 just to vacuum our basement. We spent another three hours deep cleaning after she left to clean everything that was missed.

I will use them again. Very professional highly recommend.
