The quality of the work was good. I was supposed to get a phone call when it was ready for pickup. I never got that call. I had to call them and the older lady stated she had left me a message. She didn't believe that I didn't get a message and implied that somebody else might have taken it and had not given it to me. She didn't realize that I don't have a landline but only my personal cell phone. It's a minor thing but I was inconvenienced because of the delay.

They were very prompt and when I could not come back because I had hurt my back they were very patient until I could come in to retrieve my lamp. And we talked about them making me a couple of more swag lamps when I find the tiffany sades I like. I definitely would recommend them to anyone, they are very prompt,, and reasonably priced.
