After a free analysis by Brandon on October 21, 2015, I had my master bathroom stall shower gutted and then new tile installed. That work was performed by a different contractor. Because the grout was cracking in the corners and along the base, I wanted a professional to look at it and tell me what to do, so I called The Grout Doctor. David Wegener ran a line of caulk in the two corners and along the bottom where the tile meets the shower base. It looks great and now I don't have to worry about the walls behind the shower taking on water. He didn't charge me for this service, and I continue to be impressed with this company.
"I am not clear on what the customer is referring to regarding cleaning vertical tile. Reviews are to be based on first hand experience. I never met with Mr. [Member Name Removed] My techs did this job and I personally came out two times to address the follow up issues. Days after the job was done a tile came off by the shower drain and was replaced. A number of months latter some floor grout came up and I returned to fix it. The floor has some movement and I used a grout that would tolerate the moving of the floor. Nothing was ever mentioned on the return visits regarding cleaning vertical tiles. Problems happen but I feel the sign of a good service provider is how you respond to the problem. We always strive to not have to return to a job but when it happens we will always make sure problems are resolved fast and for free. David Wegener The Grout Doctor"
"I understand $250 is a lot of money. Unfortunately that is our minimum job fee. We always try to find additional work that can be done.. We also list our minimal job fee in all of our advertisement so that customers are never surprised. David Wegener The Grout Doctor"
