This is the best place to go when replacing a smart key/fob for a car. Ask for Ben. It is a lot cheaper than a dealership. Ben is fast and friendly. My experience exceeded my expectation.

I was very pleased with our two new electronic lock system & door handle installation for our front & back door. The company was very responsive & sent an e-mailed estimate in advance of our appointment (actual charge matched estimate). I would certainly hire them in the future if we are ever in need of lock changes!

Terrific.  Gentleman who answered the phone offered suggestions that might've fixed the problem, before sending someone out. I called Thursday afternoon and he had someone at the house Friday morning. Repairman was pleasant, worked quickly, showed me what he was doing and why--all for a reasonable cost.  Will definitely use them again!

This is a reputable family-owned business on Rochester Road within our community.  Excellent resource for lock services and the job completed quickly.  Their staff was able to unlock my jammed TSA-approved lock from my suitcase and save my brand-new suitcase zipper!  Friendly, professional, and charged me a pittance for the service.  Thank you, Superior Lock & Key!

From start to finish this was a terrific experience. It is a family owned business that is run with professionalism in a friendly way.  Becky was very helpful and helped me determine what I needed in their great shop.  They carry a large amount of product and in my case they installed some products I purchased from a big box store and provided a lock the big box did not carry.  Joe and Ben did the installation and couldn't have been better.  They are very professional and the job was done excellently.  Ben showed me where I could save some money.  I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

These folks were amazing! We have an old desk cabinet with a locking drop down desktop and the original (large, ornamental) key had broken off inside the lock making it impossible to be opened. We took the cabinet to their shop and to our surprise they told us they could not only make a new (similarly ornamental) key, but it would be ready in a couple hours! They kept their word and called a couple hours later. We picked up the cabinet and key. We didn't ask for a rush job at all and were very happy to have everything fixed in such short order. WONDERFUL service.
In fact, they'd estimated the cost when we dropped the cabinet off. When we picked it up, we were informed that the work involved much more than they'd anticipated (apparently the key that broke off in the lock was not the original and they had to create a new key from scratch) but they did NOT change the price they'd quoted at all. THAT's some genuinely nice business people!
Besides all this, a visit to their shop should be on tourist maps. It's an old house decorated up with lots of decorative keys, awards, and some interesting safety trinkets in showcases. We enjoyed the few minutes we waited while other customers were served. Very quaint, small-town feel. Real A+ service all the way around.

They were very professional and friendly. I would use them for any project I have. Punctual with return of the phone calls, and very punctual with the appointment and completion.

I called Superior Lock around 2:45 in the afternoon. Ben arrived at the house 45 minutes later.. He repaired the deadbolt and cleaned/lubricated assemblies on both doors.Excellent job.

Perfect.
Re-keyed 5 locks and replaced the guts on a bad deadbolt.
Easy to communicate with and punctual.

Becky is very easy to talk with on the phone, really nice person. I went to their store in Rochester after work and Rick (beckys son)
programed and cut the key, I didn't meet Becky. Works good, I just wish their store was open on Saturday because I had to leave work 1 hour early since I work the same hours that they are open.

Perfect - they answered the phone (no machine) and could have someone out late in the afternoon. They got the job done quickly and I had my new home secure !

Super fast, very friendly service. Would definitely use them again!
