Inspection was prompt and thorough. I received a highly descriptive, well-organized inspection report with photos - illustrating clearly each area of focus. I hired Steeleman Home Inspections for the insight and experience of a pro regarding my investment, and to have a measure of confidence as I move forward. I got all that and more. Ben performed a highly detailed inspection with much scrutiny in all key areas of the home. Very impressed with the professionalism, skill, and effort that went into my inspection. My report included valuable remarks which will help me to maintain quality and increase the longevity of the home. Worth every cent of their quite reasonable fee! Ben and Tammy were both excellent. Multiple buildings on the property and Ben went above and beyond to make sure he checked out everything. Lots of good recommendations beyond what I expected. Tammy encouraged me to get the radon test without being too pushy. Just explained how important it was. I got the test and it turns out there was Radon. Very thankful for this.

My experience was very positive from beginning to end. Tammy was helpful, quick to respond, and coordinated everything with the realtor to have the radon and water tests set up. Ben was very detailed and thorough in the inspection and took a lot of extra time to explain details and gave advice on maintenance issues for after we have moved in to the home. Both Tammy and Ben were helpful with an issue I had in regards to my real estate agent and took time to call and provide some perspective and insight. I highly recommend them.

Answered every question I had Ben report was very well done and covered everything on the house that he could inspect. Radon report was also helpful and gave peace of mind.
