The service was really bad; it took three or four times for them to show up. When the guy did show up he was impatient and rude, and he did the minimum he could to get out of the house. We had their four hour slots set up twice and they called at the end of that window to ask if they could come in the afternoon instead. They didn?t even show up even though I said they could come later. I made a complaint so they promised they would come between 9:00 and 10:00, but they came at 8:00 when there was no one at the house. We have a protection agreement with Sears so we have to use them. They?ve been telling me for years that they?ve been laying off people so the whole week?s schedule gets messed up if one person calls in or if a truck breaks down. He was able to fix the thing and send us the part in the end. The quality of work depends on who comes out; some of them are stellar and some are not good. I will not be renewing with them.
