Delivered on time and took 3 days for installers to show up due to a paperwork issue. Not the installation I was promised

I was not told that the range was on back order so the week long wait was unexpected. Then when delivering, they did not schedule the guy who was installing the gas line, even though I  had specified, again that he was needed. They delivered the refrigerator and left without leveling it. The store said when the gas line guy came the next week he would level it. He told us when he came that it wasn't supposed to be level. I called the store because it was wobbly and the salesman, Henry, said the manufacturer said there was supposed to be a 1 inch drop from front to back. I pointed out that it was wobbly and squeaking. He said my floor wasn't level.  said I had a level and the floor was not the problem. He said he would call the installer but warned me the installer would not come back probably. I pointed out that the refrigerator had leveling feet on the front so it could be leveled but I wasn't strong enough to level it myself. He said he'd see what he could do and hung up on me! Needless to say, I have not heard back.
