First, Patrick is the owner and he was very prompt to come out to the house and give a quote. I prefer when someone comes out instead of asking me over the phone as to how many windows I have like many other companies do. Glen and Mitchel were the window cleaners and they did an excellent job paying attention to detail. They arrived right on time and were very polite and took precaution with our property. Glen even noticed a factory defect in-between the window panes in one of our new windows so I can get the window replaced while still under the window's warranty.

Excellent! This is my second time using Rochester Window Cleaning the first time I got a deal from them on Angie's List. They arrived on time and were done about an hour later. My windows look great and my basement window well is clean and they moved my furniture back. I will hire them to do my bi/annual window cleaning as their professionalism and quality is first rate.

After spending countless phone calls to multiple companies regarding gutter cleaning Rochester Window Cleaning Company came through. All of the other companies failed to call back or even get a bid for the project. Patrick from Rochester Window Company called back right away and also came out to check out our gutter problem. He found out there was no blockage in the gutters and said we just needed the problem areas caulked. He came back very shortly and fixed the problem. Patrick had very fast response time and was very reasonable in price. Highly Recommend.

During an exceptionally heavy rainstorm in August, our gutters overflowed and leaked into our basement. I phoned several companies requesting gutter cleaning. Rochester Window Cleaning was the only company to call me back (within an hour). They arrived the next day and cleaned my gutters including a clogged downspout. Thank you Rochester Window Cleaning!

Our first use of this service. They showed up on time, did work quickly and well. When we saw a minor oversight, they came back less than an hour after we'd called and took care of it. Treated us as they would their oldest customer. Would use again.

Two of my windows were not acceptable. Many old bugs and spider webs. I called and asked for them to return. It was a week later when I called but just did not have time to call. Mr Delaney called and went into a rant regarding his new system and how it would not have left anything on the window and that I must be mistaken. Kept on badgering me in a very unprofessional manner. Told me they no longer climb on ladders and wipe sills, etc. because their new system works so well. I finally said good bye and my husband redid the two windows. Mr Delaney called back later and wanted to come and see the windows. I had a very simple request to redo 2 windows, he showed me no respect. I was a returning customer.

"We have done several homes in your sub for many years w/o any issues, it is my hope you will give us another chance at a discounted rate of course. This year has been horrible for spiders & webs, I have seen them return the very next day, I received a call a week later, not surprised if they were back by then, sorry for the bad experience. We do use ladders daily, we use the best method for each individual home. The pure water system is the best method for most homes. I would want it used on my house. Patrick"

Patrick was great, and cleaning my gutters was not easy! Lower porch roof and lot of shrubbery to work around. He also explained to me how my upper roof gutter guard was allowing overflow in heavy rain, which is my problem. And he even called me after the next heavy rain to see how everything was, which was incredibly nice.

The owner Pat Delaney was prompt returning our call for a quote.
The owner scheduled the service within a week of our request.
The cleaning crew (Glen and Eric) arrived five minutes early for the job on the day scheduled.
Glen & Eric were extremely professional, courteous and clean.
The outdoor window work was done in extremely cold weather.
When they moved indoors - they took care to wear boot coverings and not bring the wet weather inside.
These two guys worked very hard and efficiently.
The completed work complied 100% with services quoted.
The owner scheduled the service within a week of our request.
