 + -1 moreI was not impressed. They are all over the place. It was just a one shot deal. It was the only time I have ever hired anybody to clean so I don't really have a point of reference other than how I would do it. I was unimpressed. What they did they did really well, it's just that they didn't do what they were supposed to do.
Description of Work: I used Molly Maids.

 + -1 moreThey did nothing, including be flexible enough to schedule a walk through. The person who does it does not work evenings; I work 8:30 to 5pm with 30 minute lunch, and she wanted me to take time off work to meet with her at her convenience. If I had that kind of time, I'd clean my own house. Very disappointing.
Description of Work: Nothing. They wouldn't meet with me at a time convenient for me.

Description of Work: We live in a 2100 sq ft colonial and the clean just about everything. There are usually two ladies, but sometimes three. They are always friendly and efficient. They spend between 60 to 90 minutes here. Some people think that they should spend more time for the price, but I always inspect their work after and I rarely find something to critique. They vacuum, dust (only certain items, per my request), clean the kitchen, mop the floors, clean the bathrooms, wipe downs surfaces (like our mirrored closet doors, for example)... Honestly, it would take me hours to do what these ladies do! My time and peace of mind are priceless. The managers are also friendly and accomodating. It's never an issue if we need to cancel because we're out of town or someone is ill. I truly appreciate this service. It's easier for me to go to work and come home knowing that I can spend time with my family instead of scrubbing the toilets.

 + -1 moreMy daughter got it for me for my birthday. I didn't like anything about them. They were friendly. I have laminate flooring through a lot of the house and I think they were smeary. You have to clean it a little different, you can't just mop it because it leaves streaks and that's what I didn't like. When they cleaned the master bedroom they didn't get the dust over the vanity on the lights and those little things are very important. They did call before they came and showed up on time. They lacked professionalism, they were a little too non-chalant for me. There were 3of them and I didn't think they needed 3 people to clean 1100 square feet.
Description of Work: Molly Maids cleaned my home once.

 + -1 moremake sure you follow up on what was not done properly, they do respond to that. Don't just stew. Speak up to the people in charge and you will get service.
Description of Work: first cleaning was very good, then a new team was used and it was terrible. I complained, got new team and they are really good!
