Description of Work: They ripped open my pool cover dumping all leaves and debris into my pool, came to my house over 10 times and still never finished clean up. Attempted to steal my property.

 + -1 moreThey were very prompt starting. They started tearing out the gunite and realized there was too much to pull out, so they filled in holes, but it started cracking, and they fixed it. They did a nice job on the tile and coating. I gave them an old pool cover to throw the debris onto, but they just threw it in the corner and put it into our landscaping. The old gunite they put between the houses and I didn't notice until I saw it on a tree. They will be redoing the gunite in the spring.
Description of Work: They put in new tile, coating and gunnite on our pool.
