Both owners were delightful to work with, and they did fast and beautiful work fixing my rings. The surprise anniversary band is really beautiful, and was a great price. Originally they said about 2 weeks to get the ring fixed, depending on how long it took them to match the other smaller diamonds, but EVERYTHING was done and beautiful within about 6 days. The anniversary band matches both the diamonds and sapphire in my wedding set. I couldn't be more pleased by their promptness, service, and price.
This is not an over-priced, downtown Rochester store with a lot of "show" and not a lot of depth. This is on Rochester Rd. about 50' north of Avon, and is a true jewelry store. They fixed a couple of watches while people waited, did a number of custom orders while we were there, as well as helping a young couple stay within their engagement ring budget. Will definitely be returning.
