a month and a half ago they were paid and they cashed out the check but aftermy numerous calls and their promises they finally arrived spent whole day but later we found out they had one of the window was too small and more than half of them (9 or so total) did not come with a fitted screen. there was no mention of their absence in the contract. Its been a week now after the installation and I have'nt heard from them about their comming back and take care of the unfinished job( that shrt size window is half installed and still hanging in the window opening in the wall. I don't know if they can make a good fit screen__the windows are not inshop

The only issue I had waws resolved quickly and courteously. I would use them again.

I would definitely recommend your company. The only snag was with the skylight delivery snafu. A few updates originating from your end instead of in response to my calls would have been appreciated.

No biggie but, the waste trailer in my driveway for 3 days (hopefully it's gone today)was a slight issue.... Other than that, Ingram Roofing was great to work with!!! Chris

They did a very good job. It was a little tough getting a hold of them at times and getting a return phone call. However, if you stick with them, they do a good job and provide excellent value.

New roof appears looks awesome! It was completed in short order despite the inclement weather. Virtually no debris to be found after completion. Very satisfied with Ingram Roofing.
