Worked with Sean at Hawthorne in Rochester. Helped us get black stainless appliances for our new kitchen. Got everything ordered (the hadn't even started manufacturing the range yet when we ordered) and they were ready before we needed them. Even let me pick up the hood so that the contractor could install that before the kitchen was ready for the rest of the appliances.

One of the best large purchases I have made. The fridge was a basic side by side, however the stop was a top of the line gas/convection/loaded model. The salesman Bill(?) was great, spent almost 3 hours with me on this purchase, followed up on everything, and when it was going to be delayed a week they took off delivery charges. All in all an A+ experience.
