Gentile Roofing Exteriors Construction

Carl Gentile (owner) came out got up on roof looked around said he would leave estimation next day ,never show up with one ,called him back twice, no response, no integrity .

Did not use him; very unimpressed

It went ok. We ran into some problems, and then we had to refigure the contract to take care of additional damage. That wasn't their fault.

He had excellent knowledge of insulation, his products and all roofing aspects. His crew was excellent and they cleaned up very well. There was not even nail anywhere. They were very polite and they did a beautiful job. Their price was competitive. He said that he will come out every year and check the roof and make sure that it is okay.

Received quotes from 3 roofing companies. Gentile Construction was the only contractor to take the time to find out why the roof was leaking. They were the only ones to show me the sketch of the roof and include photographs of the incorrect work (original construction of the house) which caused the leak. The refuse container arrived at the specified time (7:00am) - workers arrived at 9:00. On the first day my wife was holding a book club meeting at 7:00pm and I requested the workers finish before then. All was clean and quiet by 7:00pm. Work was completed and all was clean at the end of the third day. The refuse container was removed the following morning, A job well done

We were very happy with the job. Chris was the only contractor who actually went up in our attic before quoting the job to inspect and give an accurate estimate. During the job his crew chief, Mark, did a great job of answering our questions and keeping us up to date on the progress. We went up on the roof and everything they quoted was being performed to the letter, including 6 feet of ice/water shield and a custom metal ridge venting on the west side of the house. They did a good job of protecting windows and landscaping when they worked at each section of the roof including putting tarps and wood OSB boards over the windows/doors. We had a tricky window that needed a new metal apron from wood rot. The owner, Chris Gentile, did the work himself to insure we d never have a problem in the future. More importantly we had a GAF rep inspect the roof after the job, and they said the roof was done to they re specifications and fully warranty it.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE CAREFUL OF THE PLANTS AND SHRUBS AROUND THE HOUSE FOUNDATION AND I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT. I THINK THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB.

THEY WERE A VERY GOOD COMPANY TO USE. THEY WERE HARD WORKERS AND THEY HAD NO PROBLEMS DOING A LITTLE EXTRA WORK. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME AND THEY CLEANED UP REALLY WELL.
