We had our kitchen cabinets refinished by Furniture Medic and could not be happier with them. My 20+ year old cabinets now look updated and brand new! I had a difficult time deciding on a shade, so Derek custom mixed two shades which turned out to be exactly how I envisioned. They also updated the cabinets with hardware for a nominal fee. I highly recommend Furniture Medic by Deez, they did a beautiful job and were very professional.

Brought my furniture to him, The jewelry chest was done real well. My daughter had one of those glow bracelets that leaked and got on the desk top. Deez came and repair the damage and you can?t even tell where it was.

It turned out nicer than the previous.  The service was good.  The price was maybe a little high.  The company was great.  They were responsive.  The owner surveyed the issue. 

They don't sell furniture; they come in and refinish furniture. They come in and refinish your wood in your house. I had my kitchen remodeled and I wanted to keep my cabinets in my house. When you get someone to come in and refinish that stuff it's really difficult. These guys are fabulous! I wanted the wood front put on instead of the normal dish washer. They went out and found me wood that were trying to match my 60 year old wood. It's not perfect but nobody but we would notice. It's kind of hard to tell about their cost because there isn't anybody else that does it. I would say they're reasonable. When I had new windows put in I had all those wood frames that need to be stained and stuff. They came in and did all that for me.

The quality of the workmanship on our repaired dresser drawer was excellent. It was broken in a few places and was as good as new when I picked it up. They had it done when they said they would. I was a bit surprised by the price, but it made sense when I saw how good the work was. The only small problem was they had my phone number wrong and I ended up calling them to see if the work was done. Not a big deal. I am very happy with their service and would certainly use them again.

They applied two coats of natural finish. The finish on the chairs was uneven when I first went to pick them up, but with that corrected the set looks beautiful. I'd definitely work with this company again. Their office hours seem quite variable but they stay very accessible by email and cell phone.

It looks great! It was very good and I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I don't remember the coffee table ever looking so good and my husband and I are so impressed with their professionalism and workmanship we plan on bringing two more pieces to them next month. We found them through Angie's List and drove from Wixom to Rochester Hills. Their were two refinishers closer to home but we liked what we read about them and now feel the driving distance well well worth it.

On 4/18, I brought the items to their repair shop. I picked up the chair on 5/4, and the buffet top on 5/30. I stated that there was no hurry on the buffet top as I know the refinishing process takes time if it is done properly. I am pleased with the repairs and the charges matched the estimates.

Their prices were more than reasonable, less than half of other estimates. They did the work nicely, they were very easy to deal with, and their price was very good. They were also on time completing the project.

I had a little trouble contacting the company by phone, but once I was able to meet with them, my experience was excellent. The table looks new. The broken chair is indistinguishable from the other three. The color match is excellent (I have other pieces from Ethan Allen from the same line). The job was finished in less time than was quoted and the delivery was made promptly at the appointment time.
