He really listened to what we told him and was not reticent about sharing his expertise to guide us. Very important to our success: he understood that the market would be inter/national and knew how and where to market the house; while his office was in a different part of the state, he reached out to partner with a local broker to increase responsiveness for showings. We gained the benefit of a broker who understood the Wright marketplace and who augmented his expertise with someone local who could show the house on short notice. He advised us very well on what we needed to do to present the house most favorably. Brian also had the courage to stay the course to find a buyer who met our criteria rather than push us to sell to someone who did not just to earn his commission.
