DAN'S BATHTUB REGLAZING & RESTORATION

GREAT! Process took about 3 hours. Looks great!

It all went according to plan.

AMAZING! It's now 1 year and 3 months later and still looks great. Cleans easily with Scrubbing Bubbles, but I do have a tiny bit of staining from dirt and oils if you look really closely because I'm lazy with cleaning so would only do it once a month or two. I was on the fence about whether to reglaze or do a new tub because I was suspicious of how it would look and hold up, but I am so glad that I got my ugly pink bathrooms reglazed instead of spending more money on a full remodel of the tubs and tile. I wanted to wait to do the review to assure anyone who is on the fence like I was that it holds up great a year later. Tim is a reglazing artist.

This is one project that went perfectly. They were in constant contact. They gave me an appointment when I called. They patiently answered one million questions and often repeated already asked questions very patiently. They called to confirm the appointment the day before. We made payment arrangements over the phone since I couldn't be there at the time of service. I had reglazed the tub myself previously. I was uncertain if it could be done again. They assured me that it can be done, described what went wrong when I did it myself, and saved me a bundle.

After the job was done there was over spray on everything in the bath room that was not cleaned up, the guy left his dirty drop cloths that he brought with him, the finish on the inside of the tub is dull when the outside of the tub is shinny. the surface texture inside the tub is ruff like it needs to be sanded, just a half *** job.

They did a great job. Everything was taped off or covered well. Looks great!

The gentleman was prompt and the work went off without a hiccup. Very satisfied. It was a little smelly for just a bit but went away quickly. Be prepared not to be able to use the tub for just 2 days then you are back in business. He had to remove our shower doors to do the work but the tracks can stay. 3

They never returned my call. 4 days later, still no call. So, can't hire them. Either they are super busy, or they are falling apart inside their org.

This is the third tub we have had done and we were pleased each time. ( Same guy over a 10 year period!) This is a family business and they treat their customers right. But if you are in a hurry, forget it as they are very busy and will not skimp on the process.

I used them and I was very pleased. 
They were (well the guy that came out) was very professional and gave me a lot of information on how to maintain the work that was done. I will definitely use them again. This is initial feedback, but I would rather wait until after a year to make sure that there is no chipping/yellowing or anything going on after a year. I would rather put not available, because it is still fresh. I had looked at another company and I had called another company that was outside of your list and Dan?s was the most fair price. He wasn?t too low and he wasn?t too high. Also, he didn?t try to charge me for services that they thought I didn?t really need, they gave me other suggestions. Like when they glazed the tub ? when you get a tub re-glazed it is slippery. A lot of the companies recommended that I get the anti-slip installed in the bottom of the tub, which is extra money. So when I called Dan?s they advised me that you don?t really need to get it, the lady was telling me when you take a bath it?s really gritty on your bottom. So she advised me that bathtub mats can be used, those other companies tell you do not use them. You just have to absolutely remove it after use, you can?t just let it sit in the tub. She said I can buy it and use it, just to make sure I take it out of the tub. That was a cheaper cost. That?s what sold me on the company. The bathroom looks great ? but of course your first impression everything is shiny and new. I called and left a message if I had to, and the phone call was returned back within 24 hours. The initial ? the owner Dan came out on time just to look at the project and advise me what he thought.  When the worker came out, he was on time and he finished in a timely manner and he cleaned up and everything was neat, I didn?t have any issues or concerns with the worker. The worker at the end, did take the time to reiterate how to maintain and what to use and answer any questions that I had. Actually I just called them again yesterday, because I have a basement bathroom with a shower stall that needs to be epoxied, so I called them just to get a price, how much they would do that for. I hope they don?t take any offense to not available for quality. I?m hoping they are not saying I?m thinking they did a bad ? the quality is poor ? I just want to give it some time to make sure it holds up.

Technician arrived on time, spent about an hour, was very professional and friendly, cleaned up and was on his way.

Went as planned. Now my tub surround looks dingy and i need to have him back to reglaze the tile!

I would give them "A"s across the board. They were totally awesome. My bathroom looks so amazing compared to what it looked like before. I can not even believe it is the same bathroom.

It went very well. It looks great and the person who did the work was helpful and informative.

We were explained the process which included sanding, acid wash and reglazing for a price of around $250. We were charged extra for the sanding which we do not believe was done, as the old glazing imperfections can be seen through the new glaze. We paid extra for the caulking which was smeared and quickly done. In the end, the job cost us $394.00.

I wasn't positive of the color, even after they gave me the colors to reference when looking at other tubs at a hardware store, so they made me a little tester to take to try. They explained everything well.

Kurtis did an awesome job - the tub and tiles look like new!

I had an appointment in August. Two days before my appointment I was called to cancel because of a problem of a tech and was promised a new date to be set up. Three months later I'm still waiting for a call back.

Oh my goodness....it is amazing. The work that Tim did is absolutely fantastic. It looks like a brand new tub. This was so worth the money spent which I thought was very reasonable. Tim was very professional and did an excellent job. He came back the next day and finished the job - caulking around the tub. I am extremely pleased with all of it.
