he sent emails of the purchase agreements for our approval.  we made corrections and returned them.  he sent them back with only one of the corrections made, such as he didn't correct the name of the county.....Oak instead of Oakland.  it took 3-4 times correcting the purchase agreement before he got it right, and we had to hire a lawyer to be sure everything was right, that was an extra fee of $650.00.  then when we met for the closing, he didn'attend.  he told the buyer the wrong amount for the check to us so we had to go through much more driving and other rigamarole than planned.  when the closing of the houses (the other closing was for the vacant land) came we had to go through almost as much correction, along with much condesending conversation.  he told us not to worry that the property description was wrong!  thankfully the title company was very good and attentive and was able to make the changes at the closing which made the meeting go from 30 minutes to 2 hours.  all in all we were very unhappy with their service and treatment.
