Classic Appreciation

After reading the reviews, I felt confident taking my husband’s car to Classic. His RAV4 was basically his work vehicle, as a maintenance tech. Consequently it was loaded with tools, parts, and whatever, along with the requisite coffee stains. You get it the picture. What a total surprise! You would have thought it was brand new inside. It was beyond immaculate! Every stain, no matter how bad, was gone, and it smelled so fresh. On top of performing an excellent job, the staff is so friendly and helpful, from making the appointment to picking it up. I could go on and on extolling their virtues. Suffice it to say, I’m a very happy customer.

Work was beyond what I expected. Every surface inside and out was cleaned and polished. The car was finished on time and was sitting on the business front lawn upon my arrival. My wife and I wasn't sure that was our car when we arrived. There is no doubt Classic Appreciation takes great pride in their work. It shows.

The Team at Classic Appreciation performed a full detailing with deep buffing/polishing on a 2005 vehicle that had seen better days. This includes exterior work including removal of road rash (small chips) from the hood, removal of a deep scuff on the front left quarter-panel from parking at the airport, completely cleaned interior (e.g., floor mats that had deep salt stains, leather), and cleaned all the glass/sunroof. They were able to restore much of the leather that had scuffs and wear lines from having kids' car seats in the car for years. 
The car looks remarkable! I couldn't be happier with the results. Outside, the car looks like it was repainted. Inside, it is spotless. They kept me in-the-loop on progress and recommended some additional work at a reasonable cost while still keeping to the original timeline. I will bring all our cars to them from here forward.

I've been using Classic Appreciation for a yearly full detailing since 2005 (except for this year, when I tried Jax Car Wash for a lower price and ended up wishing I had stayed with Classic Appreciation).  These guys have always done a fantastic job at making my car look showroom clean - people who ride in my 5 year old car often ask me if it is new because it looks so neat.  The staff is always friendly and professional - and they really do go out of their way to meet any special requests you might have.  I recall a time four years ago when an employee even offered me the use of his own personal vehicle so I could run an errand in town while they did the detailing work on my car since my ride for the day had to cancel at the last minute.  I was so flattered that they trusted me with their car and that they went out of their way to offer me this extra service (no charge!) when they overheard me grump that I was going to miss out on completing the errand I had planned to do for that day.  About twice a year I get emails from them with coupons for discounts on detailing packages, just enough to enable me to save a few dollars yet not so much that I get annoyed with too many emails in my inbox.  While they are not the cheapest auto detailing in town, I do believe they are the best and will be returning to them from now on!

Woohoo. Classic Appreciation is as good as it gets. My car
is a 99 Lexus SUV with over 240,00 miles on it. If you saw "Lexie", you
would marvel, as many valets do (when they see the odometer), at the exterior
AND interior - it looks brand new. Really. In addition to attending to smallest
of details, they have some kind of "magic dust" that when applied to
the leather seats, makes them look showroom new. The Rochester location lobby
looks like a hotel lobby. The detail area is spotless. And all the people that
work there are awesome.

It's a totally "A+"experience from start to finish.

I called the day prior and made an appointment. I told the man exactly what I wanted, just cleaning the car interior and vacuuming dog hair. I dropped my car off the following day at the agreed time (3:00pm). I was called about an hour and a half later to come pick up my car. I was very pleased with the job. Everyone I spoke to and interacted with was very nice and polite.

I never thought I would see the upholstery in my car clean!  It looks almost new inside and out.  The wheel rims look awesome.  My husband was very impressed with their work.  We're taking his car in next.  For as busy as Classic Apprection was, it was obvious they did not rush through their work.  They did a great job!

Side note:  I decided to wait on the dent removal, even though the quote was very reasonable.

My kids gave me a "Detail" for my 1997 Miata. I was a little insulted because I could not believe someone else could make my car look better than it already did. I took it in to Classic Appreciation and they said they could improve on the paint. They did that and more. My car never looked so good in all the years that I had worked on it. They are car people. They like making people happy. They work on very high end cars like Aston Martins, Porches but give the same attention to all cars. Highly recommend them. 

I discovered this company back in the mid-90's and had them detail my vehicles several times over the the years. When the Auto industry took a nose-dive, I changed careers and my last NEW car was a top-of-the-line 2000 S-10 Blazer, Trailblazer package. My Encore career meant this vehicle got dirty and gritty, inside and out. Last fall, I decided I really didn't need this vehicle, what I needed was a pick-up truck. I looked at similar SUV's on Craigslist and decided the best way to get top dollar on resale was to spend a little money on a detail job. WOW! I got the truck back and hated to sell it! I took extensive photos of it and posted it For Sale on Craigslist. Within 2 days it was sold for more than Kelly Blue Book value. I got $5.000 for it. 4 potential buyers were all impressed by the appearance and condition of the truck. I was complimented repeatedly for taking such Good Care of the truck. If they had only seen it 2 weeks earlier! Everything about this company is Professional. You absolutely will not find a more worthwhile company to have Detail your Car, Truck, Boat or Bike.
