BUTCHER & BUTCHER CONSTRUCTION

Two very friendly gentleman came out to do a roof repair plus vent two bathroom fans that our builder had improperly vented. They came when the said they would and cleaned up after the project was finished.

I have been using Butcher and Butcher Construction for my home roof maintenance for about 2-3 years now. I saw them on Fox 2 news and decided to give them a try. At the time , I didn't even realize how important it was to actually have someone look at my roof on a regular basis. They came out promptly as scheduled and cleared out the ice dams in my gutters in early spring. From there, I scheduled them to come out every six months for regular roof maintenance. They come every spring and every late fall. I can hear them up on my roof hammering and doing everything to extend the life of my roof. I truly believe my roof would not have lasted this long so far without their regular maintenance. My roof is now about 20 years old.

Horribly. I was sent a letter that my roof would be started May 14, they have yet to even start my roof. I believe they had hired illegal immigrants as they were sitting on the curb with border patrol. They did not work for two weeks and now employees are Caucasian. I called Mathew Felek who is the name listed on my letter. He became angry when I asked when my roof would be completed as he had told me no later than last Thursday. He kept interrupting me and would not answer my questions. He would not allow me to talk and then hung up on me. Who would want to hire a company who very possibly was hiring illegal immigrants, does not complete their work in a timely manner, are very rude and Unprofessional? I suggest no one use this company for the above reasons.

Project went fairly smoothly once we were able to get on the schedule.
