They were prompt and they did the job that is needed to be done and everything was fine

I gave them a rough outline of what and where I wanted the beds.  They produced a written estimate and performed the work just a few days later.  They completed the work quickly and professionally with three men and I was very pleased with the result.  I realize that this was a relatively small job and not hugely profitable, but they even reduced my final price because they did not use as much material as estimated.
 
Although I have not been to Auburn Oaks Nursery I intend to do so to get plants for my new beds as they will definitely have my business in the future if possible.  I was referred to them by a friend and understand that they are the place to go, especially if you want TREES, as they have their own tree farm.

They were good all the way through.

We wanted a tree to replace the tree we had to cut down in our front yard. We wanted a tree that was a good size, 20 ft or taller and was fast growing. The people at Auburn Oaks were very helpful in explaining the pluses and minus of various types of trees. We decided on an Autumn Blaze Maple Tree that was about 25 ft tall. There was a slight glitch because the tree that was tagged for us was not an Autumn Blaze but Janie the owner caught the mistake and called us the same day. We went back the next day and Janie helped us select a nice Autumn Blaze of the same size. We scheduled for the tree to be delivered and planted two weeks later. They showed up as scheduled and helped us pick a good spot to plant the tree. The three worked efficiently and were careful not to cause any damage to the front lawn as they planted the tree. They cleaned up afterward, gave me instructions on how to care for the new tree and even put some grass seed down in the area where the old tree had been. Except for the small glitch I was very happy with the experience at the nursery and with the planting. All were friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about their product.
