Andy's Window Cleaning

Andy's was scheduled to do window washing at 1:00 p.m.  In preparation for their arrival, furniture was moved, blinds raised and screens removed.  This doesn't sound like a lot, but it took 1 1/2 hours and the house was a disaster.  So when they didn't show up, I wasn't very happy.  Multiple calls to the company's phone were unanswered and my messages not returned.  Finally, at 4:30 p.m., I reached someone in the office.  She confirmed that I had been on the schedule, apologized for the problem and promised to look into it.  She did follow through and called me back to report that there were two new crew members who hadn't followed the schedule properly.  She offered to give me a discount on the work and promised to have them at my home at 9:00 a.m. the following morning.  They arrived promptly - the two new guys plus a third experienced person.  Work was completed quickly and they did a great job.  I think they handled a bad situation well and I would use them again.

They are very good and it's a small family owned business. They are good on both price as well as quality. I usually have them come in twice a year to clean my windows. We have a large house which is a two and a half story house with a lot of windows. So, the windows in the back are 2 stories high. They do a really good job of cleaning windows both from inside as well as from outside. I will continue to use their services in the future too.
