True North

We hired true north to do both concrete and asphalt for our driveway. After installing concrete, they drove heavy equipment over the concrete while installing the asphalt, leaving numerous cracks and failing to fix it properly. They never even came back to seal the driveway, it has been over a year. Now we have to take them to court. Do not go with this business

Did a great job, good price and pleasant to deal with. Would recommend!

Did not bring hot asphalt to make the promised repairs. Said they would put extra sealant on. All sealant was very thin. Some washed off in two days after it rained. Two to three inch bumps in the drive where they sprayed over debris. Some of the hot patch is already peeling. Someone came out when we were not home and approved the work.

I had a difficult schedule to fit these repairs into. It was an multi-business professional center. True North not only got the work done when they said they would; they did it while contending with on and off rain. It looks great - I will definitely hire them again.

True North did a great job. They were easy to contact by phone and schedule. Arrived on time and finished the job quickly. Job looks great. I would hire them again.

The workers showed up on time, very courteous, did what they were supposed to do, exceptional work.

They did what they said that they would do, when they would do it. Looks great! Would have given 5 stars but I don't know how it will hold up. Time will tell.

Matt was great. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful explaining the work. He went out of his way to be available to me and answer all my questions and concerns.

Customer interface and contact was pleasant and professional. True North should have contacted us as to the day and time they would finish the project. The repair left a small dip in the asphalt that allows water to collect after a rainfall. Considering the two issues, the overall project was acceptable.

WORKED WITH MATT AND HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WAITING ON THE WORK TO BE FINISH SO I CAN NOT RATE ACCORDINGLY.

Gave estimate promptly. Answered questions about filling smaller cracks and was honest about filling larger dips- not long lasting. Driveway looks good.

True North sealed and striped our parking lot. Work looks very good although I did have a complaint about slow customer response on a previous review. Communication has improved on both ends and plan on using True North on future projects.

Work was decent but response to questions and inquiries was very slow if not at all. For me that is extremely annoying. We still have more work to be done but I'll probably shop around.

They were quick to respond with a quote and very helpful with making any modifications to our proposal. Great customer service!

A very reasonable price was offered, the president Nick gave us a quote the very next day. Nick was a pleasure to work with, we needed some of the striping altered and they came out to adjust it the next weekend at no extra cost. It was a little difficult to get ahold of Nick at times (kept reaching his secretary who was friendly but didn't seem to be very well informed) but none the less we look forward to doing more business with True North in the future.

Had some minor issues with job however company was quick to respond to my concerns and addressed problem to my satisfaction. My experience is that this is a professional/honest organization. I will use them again for future needs.

Nick promised to come back to the church and make repairs and never returned. Took the church money and showed no care for the damage they caused. Even though the church just requested a refund or for them to finish the work. They did neither,

About 3 months ago in early June, I needed my driveway repaired and sealed within a few days. I had 2 companies quote. Only TN could meet my short deadline. About a month later, a large chuck of driveway stuck to a tire. I called the President of TN and he said that they would fix it. A few weeks later, a strip of crack filler about 3 feet long attached to the tire. I called the President again and he said they would take care of the problems the next week. I called the President again about a week ago and left a message that I wanted a firm date for the repair. He never called back
