We recently contracted them to stabilize our house foundation with helical piers and couldn't have been more pleased with every aspect of the project. Russell came out evaluated the situation, clearly explained his findings and promptly gave us a quote. They started the job on time and were courteous and hard working. All the work was expertly done including tuckpointing our brick. We highly recommend Precision Foundations.

Russell responded quickly to our request for a quote. He offered a few different solutions. He is a no nonsense guy and we appreciated that quality. Donâ t be put off by any perceived gruffness. The reviews he has gotten speak for themselves. Those that gave a poor review were jobs he didnâ t do. He may be interviewing his potential clients as much as we were interviewing him. His team was led by his son and all of them were hardworking and polite. We were impressed also with how well they got along and worked together. Russ should be proud of his son and his team. He was at the job site daily overseeing the work. He also was very responsive to our questions or calls. He gave us a quote and that is what we paid. His team also fixed our egress as it wasnâ t properly installed initially

They did an excellent Job. They stuck to their timeline, which was important to me, they didn't slack or dawdle, they did a thorough job and made sure I was part of the project as well. One of the best qualities of the job and the company was I was able to speak to the owner in person and over the phone throughout the job. They were courteous and polite and inconvenienced our home lives as little as possible given the circumstances of the waterproofing/drainage line installation. They did add-on and provisional work as needed/requested, during the job, which was great. I didn't feel like I was a spectator in the whole process, I felt like I was involved in it. I also never felt like I was bullied into anything, some companies come in and try to push you into doing things you either don't want done or you don't agree with. The owner of the company was sure to make that not the case, he talked with me, explained things, listened to my input, added his own considerable knowledge and expertise but also listened to my ideas. Great company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a basement waterproofing company NOT looking to rob you, oversell you, or ignore you. They did a great job, fixed the problem. They were expedient, professional, and affordable. Russ was an honest business owner, in every sense of the word, which you don't find too often these days.
