Home Depot

We had a problem. They wanted to send an inspector over, and wanted me to pay them $50. How many times do you think I will go to Home Depot now? They farm out the work. They don't have their own people. The price was okay. There were a couple of things that we didn't get. The layout we wanted wasn't they layout that we had to get. The corner where there was an L shaped cupboard was dead space, and it's still dead space. I wanted to use that space. For whatever reason, it was impossible, but I can't believe it was impossible. It's just the way it worked out. The quality was okay. When you call them up and they respond that they want $50 to come out and look at a problem, I don't think that's a good response. They did get here on time. I will never use them or be in a Home Depot store in my life. I have three more payments left, and I am going to cut up my Home Depot card into 52 pieces, going into an envelope, and getting mailed to their home office in Atlanta, GA. They can take whatever they want to do with it and shove it wherever they want to shove it. They better never bother me. They need to quit sending me emails and things. I don't ever want to hear from that company again as long as I live. I talk to them every month I pay my bill and complain. I just can't put into words how I feel about them. I have a few adjectives for them. I'm done with them.

I'd give them "A's" down the line. It was a piece of cake. They gave me 10% off as a veteran. I'm never been disappointed. They work with me.

It was a 2 week process. So many crews to schedule. It's a very involved process. I am absolutely satisfied with the work. If I'd had a problem they'd fix it. I'd rate them an "A". I've never had a problem. They always explain what they are going to do ahead of time and if I don't like it, they fix it. I've always received some kind of discount and great financing. I would use them again.

The people at the store are fantastic, but their delivery people stink. I have no problem with Home Depot themselves. I was just there last night and one of the workers came up and hugged me. It's that kind of relationship with a lot of people that have worked there. Everybody always greet you when you walk by. The people who work there are probably some of the nicest people you'd ever meet. I'm there all the time. It's like my second home. We've probably spent $6,000 there over the last six months. I would give this store an "A", but the people who came out to deliver, I'd give them an "F".

The installations went great however we had numerous problems with ordering, delivery and scheduling !!!!

The woman that I was dealing with called in another associate and he gave me a quote in Home Depot jargon. I told them I could not understand it. He then went over it but gave me another quote that I still could not understand. I told them I would not do business with them.

Very well. The store staff was helpful and even though a little slow at getting it done in the system, we had it all worked out and scheduled. Installation was a good experience and took only a few hours.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND I WAS PLEASED WITH THE FINAL RESULTS. THEY WERE NEAT, CLEAN AND DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTERWARDS.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE. THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO AND THAT'S IT.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY MANY TIMES. I REALLY LIKE THE CONTRACTORS THAT THEY OFFER. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DO EXTREMELY GOOD WORK AND I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH WHAT THEY DID.

THE WORKERS WERE VERY TIDY AND PROFESSIONAL WHILE IN MY HOME. THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH. HOME DEPOT HAD A LARGE VARIETY OF COLORS TO CHOOSE FROM AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN EVERY PHASE.

I TOOK THE FURNITURE OUT OF THE ROOM AND PUT THE FURNITURE BACK IN THE ROOM WHEN THEY GOT DONE. I FELT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE BUT THE QUALITY OF WORK MADE UP FOR IT. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING TO US BECAUSE THEY CLEANED UP ALL OF THE MESS AND TOOK IT ALL AWAY. IT WAS A VERY SUCCESSFUL JOB. THEY ARE TOPS IN OUR BOOK.
