Home and Commercial Services LLC gave us a very good deal of $75 for an acre. For the landscaping part of it, he brought in a three-men crew and took out brush piles that had been there for quite a while. He is very professional. He has a separate crew for his landscaping people. He gives them the tools to do unusual things. I have called a wildscape, it is what it wants to be. One of the things that they did was there was a certain wildflower that I make tea out of. They came and marked with little red plastic marking, they put it around the area where the stuff was growing and they didn't mow it for three weeks. I thought it was really cool because I have a harvest. The price is right. The crew was not afraid to walk up and talk to me. A lot of times, I was very pleased with them.
