Brad was very helpful and understanding to our needs. He went out of his way on a Saturday to make sure he could fix our furnace and we had heat! Very helpful! Very knowledgeable!!

Very well. Gary was very quick to respond with a quote (1 day) and had our job scheduled for a week away but had an opening and installed 2 days after the quote. Installers were very professional and seemed to do a high quality job.

My water heater was leaking on a Sunday, I called Ferrara 24-hour phone and talked with Gary Ferrara. He requested some pictures via text so he could assess the work that needed to be completed. After a very quick review, he called me right back with a recommendation and changed his Monday schedule around to get me in first thing. The service technicians arrived on time. Brad Ferrara was on-site, as well, and walked me through the units, their set up, and how to register for the warranty. I was happy with the quick turnaround, professional install, friendly service, and open lines of communication. Would highly recommend!

I called Ferrara Heating this morning just before 8:00 am and he said someone would be here by 10:00 am. They were here around 9:15 am. Very professional, respectful and got right to work. My thermostat needed to be replaced so Brad walked me through my options. Once I decided, they installed it immediately and we had heat again! He walked me through how to use it, set up the app on my phone and answered all my questions! They were done in an hour. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone for heating and/or cooling needs. Great guys and they have a customer for life!

Ferrara family cooling technicians were on site and replaced the unit within 24 hours of diagnosing the problems, including a clogged air filter from an ongoing kitchen remodel with dust, a cracked heat exchanger, and potential issue with bearings in the carbon monoxide removing mechanism. They recommended a standard Payne 80% AFUE unit for $2800 installed including duct work. We are happy to have a safe new furnace that is already running much less often than our 1997 Carrier Weathermaker did, providing more consistent heat to our baby's room, with more perceived efficiency. They are even accepting a slight delay in payment to make sure we are warm. Thanks for bailing us out in the middle of Michigan winter Ferrara Co!

Fortunately Brad and Ford were able to inspect my other HVAC equipment when they came in to replace my water heater and humidifier, as it turned out our furnace had sizeable cracks in it. Ended up replacing entire system and AC. Service was extremely professional and helpful.

Brad Ferrara and Ford Plivelich were awesome. I have worked with Brad's dad, Gary Ferrara (the owner) for several years. I called him when our air conditioner broke during the dog days of summer. Gary came out immediately even though he had many customers that day. He diagnosed the problem and within two days, my job was complete. They replaced the duct work, the air conditioning unit and even checked my humidifier. We discovered the humidifier had not been working for the last couple of years. Brad had the burned out part on his truck and replaced it so right then I didn't need an additional service call. He showed me how to operate the humidifier, which I hadn't known, and even checked my sump pump. They are courteous, efficient and very professional. I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

We have been using Ferrara for years and cannot express the trust we have in Gary and his team members.  They have a stellar reputation, integrity and are extremely trustworthy.  In the past when we've had the heat go out in the dead of winter, they were there the same day! We recently moved and had to replace the existing heating system and add air conditioning.  Gary Ferrara knew we were on a budget and as usual gave us very competitive pricing for top of the line products.  In addition they go above and beyond as we found out the electrician did not  complete something, Gary's team did so without extra cost or complaints! They also completed the job within a week of their quote and that included having duct work built up for the job.  I personally SELDOM write reviews unless I can speak/write with confidence as I have been burned in the past, however, I can honestly say that Gary Ferrara in Rochester, MI is quality.

I had the misfortune of calling Mr. Gary Ferrara from Ferrara heating and cooling to fix my gas furnace. He is a terrible person and was just shooting off references of corporate CEOs and Vice-Presidents that he claims to know and goes to dinner with. I wonder why he is fixing furnaces then.
Regarding the furnace, he said the gas furnace was not working because the manifold was bad and that he would have to get a new part OR we would have to buy a  new furnace. It sounded very fishy to me. The worst thing is that when he left, he had disconnected some wires in the furnace and left them disconnected. I tried calling him so many times but he was not ready to come and re-connect the wires. He kept giving excuses.  At one point, he held his cell phone next to a radio. Beat that!
In my experience, I have never seen such an unprofessional technician with no regard for values. This guy is only after money and does not care about his customers.

I don't remember how much I spent for the service.  They were very professional.

The H/AC man came out to look at my heater which was installed new 4-5 years ago. He said the bill would be $300-$400... He underbid his services. Furthermore, he took an expensive $300+ part claiming that this particular part was fixable & that he would "try his best"  to could get up to $100 back on the part .. because all it needed was to be fixed and soddered.When I called his office line and asked about this "rebate" or "refund" on the part . The person I spoke with claimed that they didn't know what I was talking about. Hummmmm. That seems a little fishy that he took the so called damaged parts & then wasn't able to recall it. I do not recommend this company.
