I have had Eller Services to my home on more than one occasion since moving into my home in August. The have replaced 2 faucets, cleaned out a clogged drain, and replaced a gas line for us. Each time they arrived as promised, did the work as promised. Will continue to have them back.

Eller's provided fair honest service. They showed up when scheduled to check freon level and charge A/C system. Cost was high, nearly $400 for full charge. They were honest that the system may not hold freon since it was definitely leaking some and may lose the money for the freon. Only disappointment was that they 'cleaned' rust or oxided tubing and when the job was done the upper level A/C immediately lost all freon in less than a day and could no longer function at all. I was warned and accept that, but believe the cleaning should have been avoided because it opened up many leaks. My personal knowledge of metal corrosion, I'd never have approved the cleaning step. A partially working system no longer works at all and we had no A/C the rest of the summer due to very high replacement cost. A more experienced technician may have asked first or considered the consequences.

Nick diagnosed the problem & came back to replace faucet after I was able to obtain a new one under warranty...was able to accommodate my work schedule, was friendly, professional and we were very satisfied. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I was under the impression the amount I paid for would be the cost of plumbing service. They came out and quoted one amount, then called back with a second amount, then called and said the $39 would be taken off the second amount. So three quotes in total. I just want me money back.

The system is working. I had to replace the capacitor ( $79.00) and the contractor, ($129.00) for a 1995 Lennox AC. Time wise, about 30 minutes.

They did fine with minor repairs but we had a difficulty with the sump pump. They attempted to do it twice. Considering what they did and not what they couldn't do, quality was an A. They weren't prepared for the scope of the work although they didn't say that.

The actual work went very well. The plumber was knowledgeable and did excellent job on the work that was completed. While he was here though, I had him look at some other things we needed done (kitchen sick needs to be repaired, and we were in the market for a new water heater, furance, AC and humidifier). He promised us a quote for these items by the end of the day and we never received a quote from him. My understanding is that he was in the hospital (which is unfortunate and I hope he had a speedy recovery), but I wish someone would have told us that up front. I called a couple days later to inquire about the quote and I was told that someone would get back to me and no one ever did. It just so happened that I had Eller Services back out to my house to work on other plumbing items that had previously been scheduled while I was getting quotes for a new furnace, AC, water heater and humidifier from other companies and they wanted to quote the work as well. I explained to them that a colleague of their's had already promised a quote (which is how I found out he was in the hospital) and they told me I was not going to receive a quote from him, but that they could get their HVAC guy back out and could give me a quote that day before they left. They came through on their promise and we have actually hired them to do replace our furnace, hot water heater, AC and humidifier as well as move some of the duct work around. I also had some problems with the invoicing. I purchased a Big Deal that was $39 for a free service call (normally $99) and a $39 credit towards any work that they did. They still charged me the $99 so I called and we agreed they would take $99 off their next visit. When it came time to pay at their next visit, the credit was not on the invoice so I had to ask about it again. They gave it to me without any hassle, but had I not noticed I would have over paid once again. The reason I am giving them a B has nothing to do with their quality of work, so far we have been very pleased with their work, but I think they could do a little better with their internal communication. The quote for the furnace, water heater, AC and humidifier could have been handled more professionally and their field employees should be made aware of coupons, discounts and credits that have been agreed to by both parties prior to their arrival at customer's homes.

Needed a switch which I paid for but every time an appointment is made they can't make it on time.  Who wants to wait all day for a furnace to be fixed.  Purchased the part in November it's now March and part is still not installed. Ok, I get the 2 hour time frame, but call me at the top of the time frame to give me an ETA, don't make me wait an hour and then call YOU only to find out that you will be late or can't make it.  Can I be reimbursed for my vacation days I have taken off? LOL
